Legal
Terms of Service.
These terms are the agreement between you and Yenkoh. They cover what the service is, what you pay, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. Plain English throughout: if anything is unclear, write to hello@yenkoh.com.
Last updated 10 June 2026
Who we are
Yenkoh is a service provided by Nigel Atta-Mensah, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom and trading as Yenkoh. In these terms, “Yenkoh”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that person. “You” means the person using the service.
You can reach us at hello@yenkoh.com, or by post at 100A George Street, Croydon CR0 1GP.
The service
Yenkoh is a group trip planning platform. Crews propose and vote on destinations, build shortlists and schedules, track bookings, split expenses in a shared ledger, and chat in a per-trip feed. Paid plans add AI-assisted planning: generated trip plans, itineraries, venue suggestions, and a conversational concierge.
Yenkoh is a planning tool. We do not sell flights, accommodation, activities, or any other travel product. See section 10 for what that means in practice.
Eligibility and access
Yenkoh is currently invite-only. Access to Cohort 01 is granted through our application process or through an invite from an existing member. We may approve, decline, or waitlist applications at our discretion.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using Yenkoh you confirm that you are 18 or over and able to enter into a binding contract.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us promptly at hello@yenkoh.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. You may not share your account or transfer it to someone else.
Plans, pricing and billing
We offer three plans:
- Free: £0. Plan with your crew, log bookings and expenses. AI features are not included.
- Member: £9 per month, or £79 per year.
- Pioneer: £179 per year, limited to 500 seats, with the price locked for the lifetime of your continuous subscription.
All prices include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
The Pioneer price lock applies for as long as your Pioneer subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the then-current pricing applies and your seat may no longer be available.
We may change Member pricing for future billing periods. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before the new price takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
Refunds
14-day refund for first-time subscriptions. If this is your first paid subscription to Yenkoh, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Email hello@yenkoh.com from the address on your account within that window and we will refund the payment to your original payment method, normally within 10 business days.
The 14-day window applies to your first subscription only. Renewal payments, and subscriptions taken out after a previous refund, are not covered by this policy, though your statutory rights under UK consumer law are unaffected.
This refund policy operates alongside, and does not reduce, any cancellation rights you have under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal, reached from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep paid access until then, and you are not charged again. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods outside the 14-day refund window in section 6.
Your content
You own the content you put into Yenkoh: messages, photos, trip notes, expense descriptions, and anything else you create. We claim no ownership over it.
So that the service can function, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display your content, solely as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the service and to show your content to the other members of your trips. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where copies persist in routine backups for a limited period.
You are responsible for the content you post and must have the rights to share it, including photos of other people.
Acceptable use
When using Yenkoh you agree not to:
- break the law or encourage anyone else to;
- harass, abuse, or threaten other members, or post content that is hateful, obscene, or defamatory;
- upload content you do not have the right to share, including other people’s personal data or copyrighted material;
- probe, scan, overload, or interfere with the service, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours;
- scrape the service, resell access to it, or use it to build a competing product;
- abuse AI features, including attempts to generate harmful content or to extract our prompts or systems.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this section.
AI features and travel information
Trip plans, itineraries, venue suggestions, weather summaries, and price estimates in Yenkoh are generated by AI models or sourced from third-party data providers. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Prices change, venues close, schedules move. Always verify availability, prices, opening hours, visas, and safety information directly with the provider before booking or travelling.
Yenkoh is not a travel agent, tour operator, or booking service. We do not make bookings on your behalf, we are not a party to any booking you make, and we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of airlines, accommodation providers, or any other travel supplier. AI output is planning assistance, not professional advice.
Crew chat
Crew chat is private to your trip’s members, but it is not end-to-end encrypted. Messages are stored on our infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, and our systems (and, in limited operational circumstances, our personnel) can technically access them. Treat crew chat like a shared document, not a secure messenger, and do not use it for sensitive information such as passport scans or full card numbers.
Referral programme
Members may receive a personal referral code. When someone you refer is accepted and pays for a subscription, you may earn a reward such as a free month or a discount, and they may receive an introductory offer. Rewards are subject to caps and eligibility checks.
We may modify, suspend, or withdraw the referral programme or any reward at any time. Self-referral, fake accounts, bulk or spam distribution of codes, or any other abuse will result in rewards being voided and may lead to account suspension. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Termination
You can stop using Yenkoh and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. Where practical, we will give you notice and a chance to export your data first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 8, 14, and 16) do so.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under English law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that:
- we are not liable for losses arising from travel decisions or bookings you make, including those made in reliance on AI output or third-party data surfaced in the service;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of data caused by events outside our reasonable control;
- our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the greater of £100 and the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect new features or legal requirements. For material changes we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Yenkoh after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply. If you do not agree to a change, cancel before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
